Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Just Perfect Tea ongoing referred to as Just Perfect Tea and/or JPT.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours, depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email.
You should receive your order within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Once the order ships, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will generate. Although not required, we encourage you to create an account and provide an accurate e-mail with us so you can track your order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Occasionally an order may fall outside the estimated delivery window. As per US post policy.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We ship to addresses within the US, and Post Office Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 business hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes for international orders applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently ship worldwide.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Courier Responsibility: Please note that Just Perfect Tea is not responsible for any shipping damages made by the shipping service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. We generally cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you. However, if you do not receive a shipment per tracking, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation as best as possible.
Delivery: All scheduled delivery dates are estimates based on a normal workload, and all deliveries are subject to change without liability to Just Perfect Tea. Just Perfect Tea will use commercially reasonable efforts to make shipments as scheduled and may make partial shipments unless otherwise specified by the Buyer. JPT will not be liable for any delays incurred due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, actions by any governmental authority, terrorism, fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, riots, protests, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, labor problems (including lockouts, strikes, and slowdowns), inability to obtain power, utilities, materials, labor, equipment, transportation, or court injunction.
Undeliverable Packages: Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer; therefore, customer must provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. JPT is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. If the order is returned to JPT due to invalid or incorrect address, we will gladly reship the package but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address.
International Countries: We are manually accepting International orders via email through sign up or query form. The ordering is a 2-part process by first informing us which tea products you would like to order via phone or email. Upon total weight of shipment, we will offer additional shipping charge options. Once you approve of the additional shipping charges, we will process the entire order via credit card information you provide over the phone. Upon payment received, we will happily ship out via the courier selected. Please note that duties and taxes to International Countries are not included in the shipping fee, and you will be responsible for the extra charges if applicable. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
